If hand cranking has worn out your arms, this powered jack brings relief. The etrailer Electric Trailer Jack lifts and lowers 3,500 lbs with a simple press of a button. The 12-volt motor delivers a full 18" of lift, and the built-in drop leg adds another 4-1/2" when you pull the pin for extra height. It moves quietly and steadily without strain, even under load, so hitching or leveling is quick and easy.
Installation is straightforward thanks to a standard 3-bolt A-frame pattern with 3" spacing. The bolt-on design saves time and eliminates guesswork—no drilling needed. Hook the positive lead straight to a 12-volt power source, ground the black wire to the frame, and you’re ready to go. The 20A automatic reset relay fuse protects the motor from overloads and resets on its own, so you never have to hunt for replacements.
Bad weather doesn’t stop this jack. The top-mounted power and extend/retract switches are sealed under flexible rubber boots to keep water out. A rubber cap covers the crank port, so moisture and dust stay away from the internal gears. The tough black powder coat finish resists rust and corrosion for dependable use through rain, sun, and road grime.
When you roll in late, the LED courtesy light on the front of the jack lights your coupler area so you can see clearly. No need to juggle a flashlight while lining up the hitch. The light switch is right next to the power controls for quick access, making setup in the dark effortless.

Easy to install replacement for Lipert jack.
We like the power jack. Easy install. Wish it was faster, maybe needs a bigger motor. But it is great not having to manually crank.
Super easy installation, looks great unlike some of the other ones that are oddly shaped. Great features, bonus cover and simple to use. The light is positioned perfectly. I highly recommend this product.
This unit does not clear the tailgate (when hitched) on my '24 F350. I can get around this by rotating the whole assembly and rebolting it onto the trailer. Doing so will render the light on the unit useless. I'm not sure how the the 3500 lb rating was created but it was struggling to lift the tongue of my 24' enclosed trailer.
I wouldn't recommend this unit for people who have a stock height truck or anything larger than 14' trailer.

I installed this jack on my 14K cargo trailer and it lifts the trailer without any trouble. The build quality is solid and it works the way it should after I corrected one problem.
From the factory, the internal wiring was reversed. The wires coming out of the unit are clearly labeled Red (+) and Black (–), but inside the housing they were swapped. Because of that, the switch was backwards. Up made the trailer go down and down made it go up. The light switch was the only thing wired correctly.
I know etrailer has great customer service, but I did not want to deal with reboxing, returning, and waiting for a replacement. It was an easy enough fix. I removed the cover, depinned the motor plug, and swapped the wires. Still, it should not have needed to be done on a new product.
After fixing it, the jack works perfectly and has plenty of power. I give it 4 out of 5 stars because of the wiring mistake.
Seems like a great product, comes with all hardware. Cover is a nice touch. Easy to install. Will see about longevity.

Had to have a certain height tongue jack for my Jack-it bike rack called they confirmed height they probably have the best customer service always helpful.
The trailer jack arrived in good condition and was relatively easy to install. It fit perfectly and looks good. Time will tell if it is durable and works as desired, but the initial impression is positive.
Overall I like the jack. I like that it clears my lowered tailgate. Two things I would change is to make the supplied wire lugs have a larger diameter hole to fit over battery terminals. The other would be to put a flat spot in the washers so you could put the flat spot next to the jack for a little more clearance. These are very minor things and I do recommend the jack as being excellent especially for the price.

Good value for the price. Installed in minutes. Hitched up the truck and raised the camper and truck together to install the WDH torsion bars. No problem lifting them to the proper height. I’m very satisfied with the unit!
Jack seems to be well made and solid. I ordered it on the recommendation of etrailer that it was capable of being rotated 90 degrees. However, it is physically impossible to rotate this unit. Installing it straight up, it looks to be a good Jack.
So far so good. The original equipment had an inline fuse. Would have been nice to have one in the etrailer brand replacement
I got the jack installed with no problems. Very simple wiring, especially since it went on a dump trailer which has power readily available. Works like a charm. Glad there will be no more cranking of a jack handle.
etrailer 3500 lbs electric jack arrived in a timely manner and well packed. Installation was super easy with plain and simple instructions. I mounted this on a Jayco Jay Flight 195RB which is a lightweight travel trailer. The only negative I have discovered is this electric jack is extremely slow. But in this price range I am very happy with my purchase.
Had all the necessary hardware needed for install on a 20 year old trailer.Had to drill old bolts out due to bolts breaking then used the hardware supplied to secure the a frame jack to the trailer. Had to adapt and overcome the wiring connector was too small for battery top post connector but made work. Picks the camper up with ease thank you e trailer
Extremely professional Paula was prompt in assisting me with my questions. Electric Jack works fine. Installation on my 2022 Nucamp Tab 320 required 2 modifications to fit. #1 the bottom hole on the A frame prevented Jack from mounting. Had to reem out hole to allow Jack to seat. #2 tailgate of SUV hit top of Jack power head. Had to mount head sideways to allow tailgate to open. Makes the light on the front shine away from intended target.
I was assisted in a chat session on a Sunday afternoon. I gave the representative the model number of unit that had to be replaced and in less than a minute was told that this unit is an exact replacement. I immediately ordered it and it was shipped that same day. The the e23ZV is a perfect replacement for the Jayco Jay Feather Micro 199MBS. Fits nicely under the tongue mounted bike rack. I already installed it and it performs perfectly.

Jack works well after a year of service, a real improvement over the hand crank model. Easy to operate 5 star rating.
I really like my new electric jack. I got the 3500lb capacity which matches my oem jack. Iwas going to get the 5k but i decided to stick with the 3500lb. And i have been happy so far. I have a ST2916 stryker toy hauler. The tounge weight can get close up to 2k lbs. The jack handles my application like a champ. I usually have to lift the jack high enough to facilitate the install of the stabilizer bar, so it essentially starts raising the truck a bit. No issues so far. It actually actuates faster than the 3500lb lippert oem jack I previously had on. I like how it has an extension at the foot. It's very practical. I also like how the toggle switches are located near the top of the jack. My lippert oem has the toggle switches on the front of the jack facing the tail gate. I had to be careful not to hit or bump into the toggle switch as I moved/jump over to the other side. I did end up breaking toggle switch once becausei bumped into it. That was an expensive fix.i don't have to worry about that now.
The only con that I can think of is that the trailer does seems shake a bit as I'm retracting or lowering the trailer. At least more than I'm accustomed to, but it hasn't been an issue so far.
So far I'm happy with the jack.
This jack install was quick & easy. I like that the hardware includes plastic inserts lock nuts, needed or not, I used them. My 25 Expedition doesn't provide enough amps without putting truck electronics in jeopardy. I'm not interested in having an on-board trailer battery, so I wired up connections for a jump starter. Works like a charm numerous times on single charge. I have EXACTLY the setup I was aiming for. Love this jack!

Superb! Operates nice and quiet compared to my factory model. Installation was a breeze. Price was amazing. I do encourage others to get one, because it operates smooth and quiet. The smaller design over the factory one allows more space for the tailgate operation as well.
